Frank Marshall is an Executive Advisor at Montara Leadership Partners, where he works with leadership teams to strengthen alignment, improve decision making, and drive execution across the organization. His work focuses on helping companies scale operations, improve performance, and build disciplined execution environments.

He brings over 35 years of senior leadership experience, including roles as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President across multiple organizations. As COO of Rancho Santa Fe Technology, he led a strategic transformation that significantly improved profitability and operational performance. In addition, Frank spent 10 years at Point Loma Nazarene University as associate dean and professor of management. 

Frank’s experience spans operational leadership, financial discipline, and organizational development, giving him a practical perspective on how leadership teams translate strategy into results. He advises executives, operators, and investors on scaling performance, strengthening accountability, and navigating complex business challenges.
