Dr. Randal Schober is a tenured professor of management at the Fermanian School of Business at Point Loma Nazarene University, where he oversees the Entrepreneurship concentration and lectures in International Business. With a passion for innovation and strategic thinking, he has spent the last decade guiding students and executives alike in how to navigate global markets and build scalable, resilient ventures. In addition to his academic leadership, Dr. Schober consults with companies on corporate ideation and facilitates workshops focused on evaluating the long-term sustainability of business models.
An entrepreneur himself, Dr. Schober has co-founded organizations across both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, giving him a practical lens on growth, risk, and impact. He holds a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Exercise Physiology and completed a Post-Doctoral Degree in Business. At Montara, he serves as an Executive Advisor, helping leaders and investors align innovation with execution in a constantly evolving global business landscape.
